[Penyelesaian] The proxy server is refusing connections Options

Masalah ini wujud ketika mahu menggunakan Firefox atau IE. Line internet ada (Samada broadband atau wifi atau streamyx) , tetapi browser samada Firefox dan IE tidak berfungsi dan keluar arahan berikut:

The proxy server is refusing connections
Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.
* Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
* Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
working. 

Penyelesaian :

A. Mozilla Firefox

1. Klik pada icon Firefox (Tools) > Options

2. Kemudian keluar satu  Options Dialogue Box, klik pada tab Advanced [1] > Network [2] > Setting [3]

3. Sila tandakan pada 'No Proxy' (lihat gambar bawah untuk pencerahan).

4. Klik OK dan OK sekali lagi untuk menutup Dialogue Box Connection Setting dan Options.
5. Selesai dan cuba restart firefox atau close dan buka balik Firefox


B. Bagi pengguna Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Buka IE > Tools > Internet Options
2. Pada kotak Internet Options, pilih Connections tab > LAN Settings

3. Pada LAN Settings, buang tanda 'tik' atau biarkan kosong pada 'Use a proxy server for ...

4. Klil OK dan OK sekali lagi untuk menutup kedua-dua kotak dialog.
5. Restart IE atau close dan buka semula IE.
